Want to know the secret to becoming a better, kinder, stronger, more compassionate, more effective leader of humans?
I think the answer is that there is no one (or easy) answer. 😍
But it certainly always involves the messy, gritty, uncertain, need for grace and understanding, say sorry a lot, persevering, hope-filled, truth-telling mindset to keep going, keep trying, and keep at it.
To care for and connect to the humans we have the opportunity (and privilege) to lead as we lay trails for them to follow.
Turns out there’s no shortcut. And no secret path.
But it’s one worth walking…
